RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We really want you to love your stamps, so if you receive your order, and aren't completely happy with your purchase, please contact us to return your unopened, unused stamps to us within 30 days. We will credit you the full purchase price less shipping costs.

Although we don't anticipate this, if your stamps are damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for a replacement.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on used stamps. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you make a mistake during your order, please contact us immediately. We'll be happy to help you! Please keep in mind we ship 24-48 business hrs after your order is placed (and process it within 12 hrs), so once it is processed, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes on the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hrs of order placement.
